Is your material confidential?
Your material is treated as confidential from the moment it find itself on TextPartner's server. Every person who may be be exposed to your information is obliged to treat it as confidential. Such information must not be disclosed in any form to third parties.
As TextPartner's employees are its most valuable resource, most translation work, edition, quality control, DTP and printing jobs are accomplished inside our office. In that way, the risk of uncontrolled disclosure of confidential information is limited to minimum. All CAT (computer aided translation) databases such as the translation memory or terminology are made available exclusively within the scope which is required by the current job, and only for its duration. Moreover, those databases are created and used exclusively for each ordering entity, and never merged or exchanged. That means that YOUR databases will be used ONLY for your needs.
What is more, TextPartner protects your information by resigning to use the names of its clients on any materials without their prior consent made explicitly in writing. The hard drives used at TextPartner will always remain at our company until the all data is permanently erased on them.
